JOB TITLE: Business Development Representative (Outside Sales) EMPLOYER: Auto Fit USA LLC DEPARTMENT: Sales REPORTS TO: Sales Manager / Branch Manager BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • New Client Acquisition:
    • Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, cold calling, and research.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
  • Product Presentations & Demonstrations:
    • Present and demonstrate new products to prospective and existing clients.
    • Customize presentations based on the client's needs and industry requirements.
    • Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products to potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Maintain regular communication with current clients to ensure satisfaction and product engagement.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our new products.
    • Foster long-term relationships to drive client retention and repeat business.
    • As part of building and maintaining strong customer relationships, you may occasionally be asked to deliver or drop off parts to customers.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
    • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
    • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer support) to align efforts and ensure client success.
    • Track sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
