  • Design and Engineering Cisco AV systems. Design AV solutions for the customer.
  • Hands-on experience in supporting Cisco AV systems. Experience with various other AV solutions in the market.
  • Experience with Crestron devices and support, Crestron Fusion, Teams etc.
  • Hardware and device support experiences with AV products.
  • Experience in conference room support. Experience in executive-facing support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate needs to be more than a good engineer.
