Job Title: Senior Network Engineer – Cisco Enterprise Operations
Location: Dallas, TX – Onsite
Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Engineer with strong hands-on operational experience supporting large-scale Cisco enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Cisco SDA, Catalyst Center (DNA Center), Cisco ISE, enterprise wireless, Cisco Nexus, VXLAN/EVPN, and Cisco Secure Firewall.

This role requires someone who can operate independently with minimal ramp-up time, troubleshoot complex production network issues, and confidently represent Network Services during P1 incidents and interactions with senior facility management.

Healthcare experience is a plus but not required. Experience supporting large, highly available, 24x7 enterprise environments is the key requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for large-scale Cisco enterprise networks.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain Cisco SDA fabrics and Catalyst Center.
  • Manage Cisco ISE authentication, authorization, profiling, and endpoint onboarding.
  • Troubleshoot enterprise wireless issues, including RF optimization, roaming, and client performance.
  • Support routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
  • Troubleshoot and support data center networks using VXLAN/EVPN.
  • Manage large-scale Cisco switching and routing environments.
  • Support Cisco Secure Firewall technologies.
  • Troubleshoot hybrid connectivity and Azure ExpressRoute.
  • Participate in 24x7 operational support and on-call rotations.
  • Respond to critical/P1 network incidents and perform root cause analysis.
  • Follow ServiceNow workflows for incidents, changes, and operational activities.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and facilities teams.
  • Communicate effectively with technical teams and senior facility leadership during critical incidents.
