To thrive as an AV Support Engineer, you need a solid understanding of audio-visual systems, networking, and troubleshooting, often supported by a relevant degree or technical certifications. Familiarity with AV control systems (such as Crestron or Extron), video conferencing platforms, and ticketing software is typically required.
