Job Title: Video Conferencing Support

Location: White Plains, NY

Duration: Contract

Job Description:

Provides onsite Video Conferencing Support to end users and Executives at the White Plains campus. Provides backup support to the Purchase HQ campus.

Assists Executive Assistants with scheduling video meetings.

Conducts pre testing before high profile meetings(day before and day of the meeting)

Performs troubleshooting of video issues during executive and non-exec meetings. Often requires coordination with contacts across the globe as well as external companies.

Performs periodic spot checks all video rooms to catch any potential issues

Supports Skype for Business issues which involve the integration with video rooms

Assists Engineering with the configuration of new video rooms/codec.

Feet on the floor support to backline teams and onsite vendor visits/repairs.

Skillset:

Must have knowledge with Polycom and Cisco hardware

Must be proficient with RMX

Knowledge of Skype for Business and Outlook
