Job description

The Vice President Sales, Global Partners is charged with prospecting, pursuing and closing new guard services and electronics business with our top strategic, national accounts. This role will require a highly proactive and motivated sales professional with experience in the industry. 

Responsibilities:

  • Alongside Chief Revenue Officer and President, develop top targets list and define customized engagement strategy for each prospect. 
  • Build relationships with C-Suite, VP-Level and Director-Level decision makers across strategic prospect organizations.
  • Attend key networking events and conferences to boost brand awareness among Fortune 500 companies.
  • Build and manage >$100M pipeline, tracking activities in Salesforce.com
  • Lead complex sales process involving multiple internal stakeholders and customer stakeholders
  • Present pitches and proposals with C-suite at large corporations
  • Conduct consultative discovery process to build business case and support compelling sales positioning
  • Navigate and lead RFP process, calling on support from internal resources
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with both C-suite decision makers and procurement teams
  • Track competitive landscape to inform and evolve solutions positioning
  • Deliver accurate forecast and pipeline reporting
  • Work alongside Operations leaders to ensure seamless handoff and delivery

Experience:

  • Enterprise or National Sales experience with emphasis on new logo acquisition
  • 5+ years of B2B quota carrying experience with direct ownership of large, complex deals.
  • Understanding of security services industry and knowledge of key decision-making personas
  • Proficiency with sales prospecting and CRM platforms
  • Accustomed to over 50% travel expectations.
  • Experience working in start-up and larger corporate cultures
