Compensation: $175,000 - $225,000 Base + 40% Bonus

Overview
We are conducting a confidential search for a Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial strategy for a multi-property hotel portfolio anchored by full-service Marriott assets.
This executive will oversee a portfolio projected to exceed $250M in annual revenue, requiring a leader who can operate at scale while driving both strategic direction and hands-on execution across multiple properties.
This is a corporate-based leadership role, with regular travel across the portfolio.
