Cataract Surgeon - Full Time - Relocation Assistance + Outstanding Benefits Package - Cheektowaga, NY

We are seeking a Full Time Cataract Surgeon to join a well-established Private Practice in Cheektowaga, New York!

DETAILS

  • Full Time - Cataract Surgeon
  • 4 clinic days + 1 OR day per week
  • 500 Cataract / Glaucoma cases per year
  • 40-50 patients per clinic day & 10-12 cases per OR day
  • Strong Tech & Staff Support including Clinical Supervisors and Scribes
  • ASC with 7 OR's
  • CATALYS® Precision Laser System, Optiwave Refractive Analysis (ORA) technology
  • OD in the practice takes all the call - MDs are secondary call: 1 week per month (very rarely gets called)

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:

  • Year 1 Base: $325,000-$400,000 + 25% after threshold
  • Up to $10,000 for Relocation Assistance
  • Sign-on Bonus: Up to $50,000
  • Opportunity to be a shareholder in the ASC (after 1 year)
  • 100% Paid Family Plan for Health & Dental Insurance
  • 401k + company matches 50% of the first 4% contributed (eligible after 1 Year Anniversary)
  • PTO: Starts at 4 weeks
  • Year 2 = 5 weeks PTO
