Job description

Vice President, Southeast Market
Southeast U.S. — Florida strongly preferred; Carolinas also considered
Technology Consulting / Professional Services

This isn't just another VP role. It's a chance to build a market.

An established technology consulting organization is looking for a leader to own a $40M–$60M business across the Southeast — full P&L, real client relationships, and the autonomy to actually shape how the region grows.

You'd be leading across sales, consulting, engineering, and delivery — not managing one lane while someone else owns the rest. This is a business-builder's seat, not a caretaker role.

I'm looking to talk to leaders who bring:
  • A track record of owning a $30M+ P&L and actually growing it — not just maintaining it
  • Real experience scaling a technology consulting or digital services business
  • The kind of executive presence that builds trusted, senior-level client relationships
  • A history of leading strong consulting and delivery teams, not just sales numbers
  • Comfort driving growth across both enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Hands-on experience selling and delivering complex technology-enabled work — software engineering, digital transformation, cloud, data, or consulting-led engagements
One honest note:

this role is built for someone who has run a services business specifically — not a product company executive or an internal IT leader. If your background is consulting-side, close to clients and close to delivery, that's exactly who this is for.
