Job Summary

The EVP, Analytic Insights will support Horizon’s Head of Enterprise Analytics and will drive business transformation through data across our entire client roster. This role will oversee the New York–based Analytic Insights group, which is responsible for the orchestration of all analytic outputs including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Attribution, Dashboarding, and Test & Learn initiatives. The EVP will translate complex analytics into actionable business strategies, helping to advance client performance and agency growth. This leader will partner with brand strategy, activation, business intelligence, advanced analytics, and product teams to design and implement innovative measurement frameworks that connect marketing investments to business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands‑on analytic experience and a strong understanding of AI-driven approaches that enhance forecasting, insight generation, and workflow automation. They will be a key client‑facing voice for Horizon’s analytic capabilities and a trusted thought partner to agency leadership.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Head of Enterprise Analytics to build and implement the enterprise‑wide analytic vision across clients.
  • Lead the NY‑based Analytic Insights team, managing both managers and individual contributors across all analytic functions.
  • Consult with internal client leads and clients to identify their “burning questions” and develop analytic‑based solutions that span all media channels.
  • Provide subject matter and thought leadership in designing analytic methodologies and approaches, including unified modeling, attribution, and AI‑assisted measurement.
  • Partner with the Advanced Analytics, BI, and Product teams to architect and scale advanced modeling and reporting solutions.
  • Champion the integration of AI and machine learning applications to improve forecasting accuracy, reporting automation, and insight discovery.
  • Partner closely with brand strategy leads to translate complex analytic outputs into clear, strategic recommendations that inform planning and activation decisions.
  • Drive analytic proficiency and thought leadership across the NY office, fostering continuous learning and professional development.
  • Actively lead in new business development, bringing analytic and AI‑driven storytelling to RFI/RFP responses, credentials, and pitches.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional executives to align analytics strategy with broader agency and client objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team, cultivating a culture of curiosity, accountability, and innovation.
  • Contribute to the development of an analytics innovation roadmap, aligning with scalable solutions with organizational priorities and client needs.

  • Strong understanding of media mix modeling, attribution, and test & learn frameworks
  • Experience applying AI or machine learning tools to enhance analytic processes, forecasting, and insight generation
  • Ability to translate complex analytic concepts into clear, actionable business recommendations
  • Strong understanding of marketing data, campaign measurement, and omnichannel media dynamics
  • Experience working across multiple categories (e.g., CPG, Entertainment, QSR, Financial Services, Healthcare)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging clients and executives
  • Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with statistical software, visualization tools, and cloud‑based data environments
