What You'll Own
  • Full oversight of hospital operations and team performance

  • Creating structure, accountability systems, and measurable goals

  • Leading hiring, onboarding, and staff development

  • Managing scheduling, payroll oversight, and inventory control

  • Driving financial performance and operational efficiency

  • Coaching team members through growth and performance challenges

  • Partnering directly with ownership on strategic initiatives

  • Handling escalated client concerns with professionalism and confidence

Requirements
  • Veterinary management experience required

  • Experience leading 5+ team members

  • CVPM certification preferred, not required

Schedule
  • Full-time

  • Monday–Friday

  • 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

  • Sundays closed

Compensation
  • $55,000–$65,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
