Responsibilities

As a Veterinary Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our veterinarians and veterinary team by:

  • Assisting with patient restraint, nursing care, and treatment procedures

  • Supporting surgical and dental procedures, including preparation and recovery monitoring

  • Assisting with laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging, and sample collection

  • Educating clients on preventive care, medications, and treatment plans

  • Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment documentation

  • Cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing equipment and treatment areas

  • Assisting with emergency and urgent care cases as needed
