Position Summary:
  • Partner with IT leadership to strengthen vendor governance, contract management, financial oversight, and executive reporting across a diverse technology vendor portfolio.
  • Manage vendor relationships and performance by tracking KPIs, conducting reviews, ensuring contractual compliance, and driving issue resolution.
  • Support contract lifecycle activities, including contract analysis, pricing evaluations, renewal planning, procurement coordination, and cost management.
  • Develop and maintain vendor scorecards, reporting, and performance metrics to provide stakeholders with actionable insights and support data-driven decisions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and streamlined workflows while collaborating across IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and business teams

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, with 3-5 years of IT vendor management experience.
  • Proven expertise in vendor relationship management, contract negotiations, performance monitoring, risk assessment, and renewal management.
  • Strong ability to evaluate vendor capabilities, develop performance metrics, and provide strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive vendor accountability.
  • Self-directed, adaptable professional with strong organizational skills, able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, evolving environments; vendor management or procurement certifications are a plus.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
