HYBRID: Must be able to work ONSITE 2 days per week (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)
Seeking to hire a highly motivated and qualified IT Contracts/Procurement Analyst for the Information Technology category. They will lead the creation and execution of category procurement strategies for specific Information Systems/ Technology. This may include IT Hardware, IT Services, and IT Software in support of various enterprise projects. They will report to the IT Procurement / Strategic Sourcing Manager, the person in this role will support the Indirect Procurement department's objective to implement procurement strategies to reduce cost and mitigate risk for the business while processing business requests to issue supplier PO s.
IT Contracts/Procurement Analyst (Buyer) will be responsible for the following:
Developing and implementing multi-year sourcing strategies for responsible spend categories, using data analysis and internal collaboration.
Developing strategies that consider objectives, especially for shared suppliers and/or shared services/commodities.
Designing, planning, managing, and leading key Requests for Proposals, information, quote, etc., with cross-functional teams.
Supporting Legal and Indirect Procurement Shared Services (IPSS) Contracts with the development and execution of contractual documents including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Statement of Work, Master Services Agreements, SaaS
Agreements, Software License Agreements, Services Agreements, and other contracts as necessary to support Procurement and business needs.
Build and maintain close relationships with business units and supplier partners to deliver comprehensive and cross-enterprise process improvement solutions.
Negotiate pricing and achieve cost savings while mitigating financial and legal risks for the enterprise.
Effectively manage all sourcing and price negotiation activities and in-coming ad hoc business unit requests resulting in a contract or purchase order.
Responsible for developing negotiation strategies based on analysis and execution of those strategies via supplier negotiations.
Process business requests to issue purchase orders to suppliers.
Support Technology Procurement and Sourcing activities for different divisions/entities.
Key Responsibilities include:
Responsible for sourcing of vendors and identifying the best vendors for IT related procurement for e.g., projects related to services & hardware, IT upgrades, etc.
Handle asset management, SaaS procurement, and SLA/contract term negotiations.
Lead RFP's, sourcing events, and supplier negotiations.
Support procurement across technology related commodities.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
** MUST have IT procurement experience.
** MUST hands on experience with IT SLA/ IT contract term negotiations, MSA & SOW.
3+ years of experience with IT procurement sourcing across technology related commodities.
MUST have hands on Contracts Experience with IT SLA/ IT contract term negotiations, MSA & SOW.
Demonstrated experience in procurement principles and practices or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks of varying complexities and successfully set priorities for meeting time-bound deliverables.
Demonstrated ability to create and implement procurement strategies.
Exceptional analytic, organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills with applied solid judgment and strategic thinking.
Strong collaboration, communication (written and verbal), and influencing skills.
Experience with Procure to Pay tools, including but not limited to Ariba.
Experience with procurement of software and related technology services.
Contract drafting and negotiation experience with suppliers.
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar field or equivalent experience
