Vehicle Service Advisor (Installation & Neighbor Experience)
Location: Wentzville, MO
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Some flexibility may be needed based on business needs.)
Work Setting: Onsite
Compensation: Starting pay based on experience- $20-22 per hour
Help Create an Exceptional Experience for Every Neighbor Who Visits etrailer.
At etrailer, every installation begins with a great experience. As a Vehicle Service Advisor, you'll be the first person our neighbors meet when they arrive for their installation appointment. You'll help guide them through the process, answer questions, coordinate schedules, and ensure they leave feeling confident and excited about their experience. This role is more than scheduling appointments. You'll work alongside our Installation, Product, and Video teams to help launch new products, support content creation, identify additional solutions for neighbors, and keep our installation operation running smoothly.
What You Will Do
  • Welcome neighbors, coordinate vehicle drop-off and pick-up, and create a positive experience from arrival to departure.
  • Manage installation schedules, communicate updates, and proactively solve scheduling or product concerns before they become problems.
  • Learn about our products and recommend additional solutions that help neighbors safely enjoy their towing and outdoor adventures.
  • Partner with our Installation, Product, and Video teams to coordinate installs, test fits, and opportunities that support educational content for our online neighbors.
  • Keep multiple appointments, projects, and communications organized while ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
  • Help improve the overall neighbor experience by identifying opportunities to make our processes smoother, more efficient, and more welcoming.
  • Build relationships, learn something new every day, and have some fun while helping neighbors prepare for their next adventure.
What Makes Someone Successful in This Role
  • You genuinely enjoy helping people and creating memorable experiences.
  • You're highly organized and naturally keep multiple priorities moving without losing attention to detail.
  • You communicate confidently and professionally with neighbors, teammates, and business partners.
  • You enjoy solving problems, adapting to changing priorities, and finding solutions that help everyone succeed.
  • You're curious and excited to learn about trailers, towing, RVs, and outdoor products.
  • You take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments.
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, dealership service advising, scheduling, automotive, RV, or trailer industries is helpful, but we value the right attitude and willingness to learn just as much.
Who This Role Is For
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys connecting with people while balancing organization, communication, and problem-solving. Every day brings new neighbors, new vehicles, and new opportunities to create exceptional experiences while supporting one of the most unique installation and content teams in the industry.
If you're energized by helping people, staying organized, learning new things, and making a positive impact on every neighbor's visit, you'll find plenty of opportunities to grow at etrailer.
Benefits
etrailer offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, and more.
If you're looking for more than just another service advisor position and want the opportunity to create memorable experiences, build meaningful relationships, and help neighbors begin their next adventure with confidence, we'd love to hear from you.
