  1. Conduct workshops to understand user requirements, deliver the documentation as part of discover and design phase
  2. Review and design Varicent system architecture
  3. Design Varicent database to build commission system
  4. Design system integration architecture

      2. 6.Build/test/deploy Varicent components including reports and integrations
    1. Should play Varicent consultant role for large end-to-end implementation / legacy modernization
    2. Should have experienced in gathering Varicent technical requirements, converting them into technical specifications
    3. Expertise in Varicent design, build, test and deployment.
