Job description

We’re hiring a Short-Term Rental Operations Assistant/Manager
We’re looking for someone to help run the day-to-day operations of our vacation rental properties. This is a great fit for someone who is reliable, responsive, and has a keen eye for detail—someone who notices the little things that make a big difference for guests.
✨ What the role looks like:
- Guest communication (messages, questions, issue resolution)
- Coordinating cleaning schedules and turnovers
- Making sure properties are guest-ready and up to standard
- Performing quality checks and catching details others might miss
- Stepping in to assist with cleaning during busy times when needed
Schedule:
- Busy summer season: higher hours (can be near full-time)
- Off-season: ~20 hours per week
Pay:
- $16–$18/hour
- Additional pay when helping with cleaning
- Opportunity for bonuses based on performance and reliability
This is not a typical desk job—you’ll be out and about at times, helping keep everything running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is quick to respond and communicates well
- Has a strong attention to detail and takes pride in their work
- Can take initiative and figure things out
- Is dependable and organized
- Is comfortable pitching in wherever needed
Experience in Airbnb, hospitality, cleaning, or property management is helpful, but not required.
