JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of field operations to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Working knowledge of general office procedures, normally acquired through a minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative support, operations coordination, construction administration, utility services, or a related field; and
  • High school diploma or equivalent

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.
  • Experienced in the use of various Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Adobe PDF.
  • Must be able to act with integrity and professionalism.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create and maintain initial job records for Gas Services projects utilizing Clevest and Viewpoint Spectrum ERP systems.
  • Coordinate and oversee administrative support activities related to field operations.
  • Perform data entry for new job setup, including utility locates, crew assignments, and preparation of work packets for field personnel.
  • Process, monitor, and report daily project completions and production-related activities.
  • Communicate scheduling information and operational updates to saw-cut crews and other field personnel.
  • Process employee timecards and maintain related records, documentation, and filing systems for NW Natural and Avista crews.
  • Maintain, update, and distribute Daily Count Tracking Reports and other operational reports within Viewpoint Spectrum.
  • Coordinate records management activities and submit utility locate requests and related documentation as required.
  • Serve as backup support for the main switchboard and front desk during employee absences, breaks, and other staffing needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of administrative and operational reporting requirements.
  • Perform other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Wage range: $24 - $29 hourly.
