Billing Coordinator – Utility (Gas/Electric)
Location: 100% Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.)
Type: W-2 Contract
Pay: $20–$25/hour


Job Summary

We are hiring Billing Coordinators with prior gas or electric utility billing experience to support back-office customer accounting and billing exception processing. Candidates must have hands-on experience within a regulated utility environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Review and resolve billing exceptions

  • Perform billing adjustments and account corrections

  • Ensure accurate billing per tariff and regulatory guidelines

  • Support call center with billing inquiries

  • Meet daily/monthly service level metrics

  • Assist with meter-to-cash related processes


Required Qualifications
