Stanley Consultants, a member (employee)-owned global engineering service provider, is seeking a motivated individual to join and strengthen our program management team, supporting clients throughout the Southeast Region and the Caribbean. In this position, you will play a key role in leading and delivering complex infrastructure projects while upholding the highest standards of quality, accountability, and client service. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with client objectives. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing, dynamic program management practice that values teamwork, technical excellence, and meaningful client relationships across the organization.

In this position, you are responsible for providing internal leadership and management support on an Ownerโ€™s Representative program for a Department of Public Works (DPW) client. You will work closely with the client-facing Program Manager to plan, develop, and execute multiple task orders across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects. This includes preparing and managing task order scopes, coordinating with technical teams to assign resources, monitoring progress and quality, and ensuring all deliverables meet schedule and performance expectations. You will take a proactive role in guiding team leaders, resolving project challenges, and maintaining consistency across program operations. The position also involves participating in key meetings, assisting with program reporting, and contributing to strategic decision-making that ensures successful execution of the Ownerโ€™s Representative contract.ย Previous experience in developing, delivering, and managing project and programs for clients and 15+ years of professional experience on projects is required, as well as the desire to grow personally and professionally and work within and overseeing teams to deliver high quality projects/programs.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Work with our USVI program clients to understand their needs, identify project opportunities and convert task orders. Develop internal relationships to support the timely accurate delivery of all our USVI clients needs to maintain Stanleys outstanding client relationship and become the premier engineer service provider to USVI DPW.
  • Support the delivery of projects to enhance client satisfaction. Develop a record of growth and client satisfaction with USVI DPW, and other programmatic clients.
  • Understand and support the corporate strategy, business direction, and growth and profitability objectives. Align all projects and program activities accordingly to achieve business goals.
  • Understand and promote the company's core values, brand and broad range of company services and diverse member capabilities to best meet the needs of our clients projects and programs.
  • Develop internal relationships to support the success of Stanley Consultants. Promote an environment of collaboration, accountability, and high performance within the project and program delivery teams and other operations discipline staff.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 15 years of proven, successful project and program experience including executing infrastructure projects and programs within a fixed budget.
  • Experience in developing program schedules, contracts, cost estimates, and project status documents
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineering License preferred (not required)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and to represent the client to the firm's leadership
  • Knowledge of project delivery methods and the ability to lead complex contract pursuits
  • Business acumen including risk management and negotiation skills.
