Job description


We are seeking Installers to join the fastest solar company in USVI.Ideal candidates are motivated team players and a desire to learn all aspects of solar systems.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Assemble solar modules, panels or support structures
  • Measure, cut and and assemble structural framing and solar modules
  • Organize the job site
  • Laying modules
  • Assisting electricians and Level 2 Installers
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • General level of electrical, solar and roofing knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work with heights; on rooftops and climbing ladders
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs-75lbs
  • Experience with hand-heldand power tools
  • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment

Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 months experience

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of standing and being on feet
