Job Summary:
Twitch is the world’s biggest live streaming service, with global communities built around gaming, entertainment, music, sports, cooking, and more. As a Senior TPM in the Community Health organization, you will own programs that focus on user safety and content moderation, collaborating with various teams to solve critical business problems.
Responsibilities:
• Drive programs with high degrees of ambiguity, multiple customer groups, and multiple stakeholder groups
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to solve critical business problems
• Identify areas of strategic opportunity, determining when a program makes sense, or doesn’t
• Collaborate with other TPMs across the company on both cross-company strategic programs, as well as on continually improving best practices in this domain
Qualifications:
Required:
• 6+ years of experience as a TPM or Engineering Manager
• Understanding of when introducing process makes sense and when it doesn’t
• Experience working directly with ICs on designing solutions and understanding problem spaces
• Experience working directly with executives to drive clarity and deliver results on complex programs
• Passion for working in a mission driven organization
Preferred:
• Experience working in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Identity, Regulatory, or Governance type organizations.
• A successful track record owning and driving programs in the infrastructure, platform, and/or product domains
