Job description

Operations ManagerFull-time • Remote

At Boldin, we believe that financial power belongs in the hands of individuals — not institutions. For too long, money has been controlled by systems that profit from complexity, fear, and dependence. We're here to change that.

We exist to democratize financial confidence, to give millions of people the clarity, tools, and courage to take control of their money and their time, and to live more meaningful lives.

You will be joining Boldin at an exciting time. We have raised over $20M from top investors, are seeing tremendous growth, and we're very optimistic about the future.

You will play a critical role in strengthening our operational foundation so we can serve more clients without sacrificing quality.

  • Working knowledge of RIA operations, compliance processes, billing, and advisor workflows
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (dashboard building required)
  • Experience auditing work for quality and tracking performance metrics
