Job description

We are looking for an ambitious User Acquisition Manager to join playSTUDIOS in support of our newest brand, The Win Zone - an elevated casino experience built for players who crave excitement, quality, and real-world rewards.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will lead planning, execution, and optimization of app-based UA campaigns across multiple paid channels, including Paid Social, App Store Ads, DSP Network Buys, and more.

Duties and Responsibilities
As the User Acquisition Manager for The Win Zone, you will be responsible for:
  • User Acquisition Leadership
    • Plan, launch, and optimize paid UA campaigns across channels like Meta, TikTok, Google UAC, App Store Ads, DSPs, etc.
    • Manage budgets, pacing, and daily reporting to achieve target KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
    • Oversee creative testing, partner performance, and campaign pipeline.
  • Optimization and Insights
    • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and actionable optimizations.
    • Develop and maintain a robust testing roadmap to improve efficiency and scale.
    • Partner with Analytics and Data Science to measure incrementality and portfolio impact.
  • Strategic Execution and Innovation
    • Research new channels, ad formats, and creative concepts to expand UA reach.
    • Produce regular competitive intelligence reports and share insights with leadership.
    • Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Product, and Creative teams to align targeting and messaging.
  • Measurement and Tools
    • Track all performance via MMP dashboards (Singular preferred).
    • Build accurate weekly and monthly reports capturing KPIs, pacing, and spend efficiency.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on UA experience running and optimizing app-based campaigns
  • Proven ability to execute across multiple channels: Paid Social, ASA, DSP Networks, etc.
  • Experience working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) - Singular preferred.
  • Strong command of performance metrics (CPS, ROAS, LTV) and conversion funnel analysis.
  • Demonstrated success in campaign budgeting and bid optimization
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Proficient in Excel/spreadsheets and familiar with BI tools or dashboards.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.

Preferred
  • Background in Gaming, Casino, or Sports Betting UA campaigns.
  • Experience with creative iteration and A/B testing at scale.
  • Familiarity with SQL or data-visualization tools (Tableau, Mode Analytics).
  • Understanding of influencer and affiliate marketing.
  • Excitement for working in sweepstakes-style entertainment and premium gaming brands.
