Detailed Job Duties: (typical monthly, weekly, daily tasks which support the primary objectives)
  • Lead and Scale Paid User Acquisition
    • Own the end-to-end UA strategy and execution across mobile games and reward-driven experiences.
    • Manage and scale eight-figure monthly budgets across major ad networks (AppLovin, Meta, Google, TikTok, Unity, Moloco, Liftoff, etc.) while maintaining ROAS and LTV:CAC targets.
  • Develop Predictive, Data-Driven Growth Frameworks
    • Design models for ARPU, CPI, retention, and incrementality testing.
    • Build dashboards and performance analytics to optimize spend and detect fraud using MMPs and attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular).
  • Drive Creative Strategy and Channel Innovation
    • Oversee creative testing pipelines, ad iteration workflows, and audience segmentation.
    • Diversify channels through continuous testing of new DSPs, SDK networks, and reward ecosystems.
  • Align Growth with Product and Monetization Strategy
    • Partner with Product, Data Science, and Monetization to align UA campaigns with in-app economy design, lifecycle marketing, and offer optimization.
  • Build and Lead a High-Performance Growth Organization
    • Recruit, develop, and mentor a top-tier UA team.
    • Establish scalable workflows, KPIs, and performance culture focused on experimentation and measurable impact.
  • Maintain Competitive Advantage
    • Stay at the forefront of platform algorithm shifts, new media buying trends, and ad-tech innovations to maintain an edge in user acquisition efficiency and profitability.

  • Performance Management: setting and managing goals, on-going coaching, corrective action, annual reviews, rewards/recognition, and team/individual development
  • Employee Life Cycle Management: headcount forecasting, job descriptions, recruiting/hiring, termination

Success in this role means building a scalable, profitable, and predictable user acquisition engine that consistently delivers high-quality growth for Prodege's mobile and reward-based products. You will be recognized for driving disciplined, data-driven decision-making-using predictive models, experiment frameworks, and real-time analytics to optimize spend and maximize ROI. Success also requires pioneering creative and channel innovation, expanding into new networks, and continuously improving performance through rigorous testing. You will foster deep alignment with Product, Data Science, and Monetization to ensure acquisition strategies directly reinforce in-app economics and long-term user value. Ultimately, you will develop and lead a high-performing UA organization that operates with speed, excellence, and a durable competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving growth landscape.
The MUST Haves: (ex: job cannot be done without these skills/competencies, education, experience, certifications, licenses)
  • Seven or more (7+) years of user acquisition or performance marketing experience, ideally with deep involvement in mobile gaming or reward-based ecosystems (for example: Mistplay, Tapjoy, AdGem, Freecash, Adjoe).
  • Demonstrated track record of scaling spend to $10 M+ per month (or equivalent) while meeting or exceeding KPI targets (CPI, ROAS, LTV:CAC).
    Expertise in rewarded traffic models where users are earned incentives for engagement or completion.
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels, LTV modelling, retention curves, cohort analysis and incrementality testing.
  • Hands-on proficiency with campaign management across platforms and networks, familiarity with MMPs and attribution tools.
    Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable in fast-moving, high-experimentation environments; thrives on velocity, data-driven decision making, and optimization culture.
  • Leadership DNA: experience building and scaling a UA team, defining processes, mentoring talent, and driving performance improvements across a growth org.
  • Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools appropriately to improve efficiency, analysis, problem solving, or content development within the scope of the role, while validating outputs and adhering to company security, confidentiality, and quality standards.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills (Product, Monetisation, Data Science, Creative) and strong strategic vision paired with tactical execution.

The Nice to Haves: (preferred additional skills/competencies, education, experience, certifications, licenses)
  • Experience integrating AI or automation into UA optimization (e.g., predictive creative scoring, automated bidding scripts, or LTV-based budget allocation).
  • Exposure to both gaming and non-gaming ecosystems (e.g., fintech, commerce, loyalty, or survey apps) where install-to-action loops differ in structure and economics.
  • Proficiency with SQL or data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode) for hands-on performance analysis and cohort deep dives.
  • Familiarity with mobile ad fraud prevention and compliance frameworks (e.g., SKAdNetwork, privacy sandbox, ATT frameworks).
  • Experience in influencer or affiliate-based UA channels that bridge paid and organic growth strategies.
  • History of collaborating with internal creative studios or external agencies to scale ad concept pipelines and integrate feedback loops between UA data and creative direction.
  • Understanding of monetization design - ability to tie UA initiatives to lifetime value drivers like retention offers, in-app economy tuning, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Global market expertise, especially scaling campaigns in EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions with local market adaptations.
  • Prior startup or early-stage growth experience where systems and structures had to be built from the ground up.
  • Comfort with financial modeling and forecasting for marketing efficiency metrics (marginal ROI, payback period, sensitivity analysis).
  • Experience managing and collaborating with a high performance, results-oriented global team.

Pay Transparency:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $215,000 to $235,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
