About the Role 

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Senior Manager of User Acquisition to lead and scale our growth engine across Fanatics Live, Fanatics Collect and Topps.com. In this highly visible role, you will drive acquisition strategy, manage significant budgets, and own performance across a range of channels to fuel our user base and revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to lead with both creativity and analytical rigor, leveraging the strength of the Fanatics ecosystem while operating in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the end-to-end user acquisition strategy across paid media, affiliates, programmatic, and other emerging channels.
  • Own and manage a multi-million dollar acquisition budget with full accountability for efficiency and scale (CAC, ROI, LTV).
  • Drive a culture of experimentation across acquisition channels, funnel optimization, creative strategy, and audience segmentation.
  • Partner closely with Data and Analytics to develop reporting infrastructure, surface insights, and continuously refine performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Finance, Engineering, and Commercial teams to align on growth priorities and launches.
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of growth marketers and channel specialists.
  • Present acquisition performance, forecasts, and strategic insights to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Stay on the pulse of marketing trends, emerging platforms, attribution changes, and AI/ML-driven growth solutions.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in consumer tech, mobile, or eCommerce.
  • Proven success managing and scaling multi-channel campaigns with measurable impact on revenue.
  • Expertise in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, DSPs, mobile ad networks) and growth stack tools.
  • Deep proficiency in analytics tools and techniques: SQL, BI dashboards, cohort analysis, attribution modeling.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in fan engagement, collectibles, live commerce, or sports tech is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-based targeting, predictive modeling, and advanced experimentation frameworks is a differentiator.
