We are looking for a hands-on User Acquisition Manager to support our marketing team. In this role you will assist in executing and scaling paid campaigns across multiple digital channels, helping grow the user base for two of our flagship apps, Boss Money and Boss Revolution. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their UA skills through smart strategy, continuous testing, and data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of paid campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X and others, assisting with strategy, setup and daily optimization.
  • Help develop and execute channel strategies to contribute to user acquisition targets (CPI, CPA, ROAS).
  • Analyze the full performance funnel from ad impression through install, activation and downstream conversions, connecting paid media inputs to outcomes that inform budget and optimization decisions.
  • Support creative testing from concept to completion, executing A/B tests and helping establish a structured testing framework.
  • Monitor and measure creative performance to evaluate how UA optimizations and changes influence results.
  • Identify areas of improvement by analyzing performance data and converting insights into clear actions.
  • Support the day-to-day collaboration with designers and creative teams to ensure ad assets are aligned with each app's messaging and audience.
  • Continuously seek to learn and experiment with new channels, optimization strategies and creative concepts, staying ahead of the latest trends in mobile user acquisition.
  • Experience or interest in leveraging AI tools to support day-to-day marketing tasks, from creative production and copywriting to campaign workflows and performance analysis.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years managing paid campaigns in a UA or growth role.
  • B2C App acquisition experience needed.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze performance data and turn it into clear optimization decisions.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; written and spoken.
