What You’ll Do:
  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of one or more paid user acquisition channels (e.g. Paid Search, Paid Social, DSP/Programmatic, OTT/CTV, Influencer, or emerging channels).
  • Design, launch, and analyze structured experiments to identify scalable growth opportunities and unlock new acquisition levers.
  • Build and optimize campaigns that drive efficient user acquisition, engagement, and long-term revenue growth.
  • Partner closely with Growth, Product, Creative, and Analytics teams to develop high-impact acquisition strategies.
  • Evaluate channel performance with a strong focus on incrementality, true lift, and business outcomes.
  • Translate data and campaign insights into actionable recommendations that improve performance at scale.
  • Build repeatable processes, testing frameworks, and playbooks that compound growth over time.
  • Continuously identify new platforms, audiences, creative approaches, and channel expansion opportunities.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment
What You'll Bring:
  • 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing or user acquisition experience, with deep expertise in at least one paid acquisition channel
  • Proven experience owning campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and performance against growth KPIs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure incrementality, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience designing and executing structured testing roadmaps and experimentation frameworks
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Growth, and Analytics teams
  • Demonstrated ability to identify scalable growth opportunities and turn insights into measurable business impact
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment with an ownership mindset
  • Builder mentality with a bias toward action, rapid iteration, and continuous learning
  • Experience in consumer technology, mobile apps, subscriptions, gaming, entertainment, or other B2C digital products is preferred
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution, experimentation, and performance measurement tools is a plus
