Job Description:

Kokosing is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to serve as a strategic recruiting partner while helping drive continuous improvement across our talent acquisition function.

In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for corporate, professional, technical, and leadership positions while also serving as the operational expert for recruiting systems, analytics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys balancing hands-on recruiting with projects focused on technology, data, automation, and operational excellence. Approximately 65%-70% of the role will focus on recruiting, with the remaining time dedicated to Talent Acquisition operations, systems optimization, reporting, and strategic initiatives.

Success in this role requires strong recruiting expertise, analytical thinking, business partnership skills, and a passion for improving how talent acquisition operates and scales.

This position is onsite and based out of our Westerville Corporate Office.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate, professional, technical, and senior leadership positions across the organization.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce planning objectives, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, industry networks, professional associations, and direct outreach.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders throughout the recruiting process.
  • Act as the Talent Acquisition subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting and related recruiting technologies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, system utilization, data accuracy, and recruiter efficiency.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement recruiting system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain talent acquisition reporting, dashboards, and key recruiting metrics.
  • Analyze recruiting trends and provide actionable insights related to hiring volume, time-to-fill, pipeline health, workload distribution, and recruiting effectiveness.
  • Evaluate emerging recruiting technologies, automation tools, AI solutions, and vendor partnerships to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead or support special projects related to talent acquisition operations, technology, analytics, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Promote a positive candidate and hiring manager experience while serving as a brand ambassador for Kokosing.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting for professional, corporate, technical, or leadership positions.
  • Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting systems, workflows, and operational best practices.
  • Experience developing recruiting reports, metrics, dashboards, or workforce analytics.
  • Strong process improvement mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
  • Ability to effectively partner with leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience evaluating recruiting technology, automation solutions, or AI-enabled tools preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and critical-thinking capabilities.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for corporate, professional, technical, and leadership positions.
  • Experience serving as a super user, administrator, or subject matter expert for an applicant tracking system preferred.
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting strongly preferred.
  • Experience developing recruiting metrics, reports, dashboards, or analytics preferred.
  • Experience leading recruiting process improvement, technology implementation, or operational initiatives preferred.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
