ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Provide coaching and active participation with the used car sales team to enhance closing techniques catered for pre-owned vehiclesÂ
- Manage all showroom activities related to used car sales, ensuring smooth operations and high team performanceÂ
- Engage directly with customers to assess needs, discuss vehicle options, and support sales staff in finalizing dealsÂ
- Assist in hiring, training, motivating, and monitoring the performance of used car sales employeesÂ
- Conduct daily and weekly meetings focused on car sales strategies and continuous trainingÂ
- Mentor new and experienced sales representatives in best practices to boost vehicle sales effectivenessÂ
- Accurately assess and select quality used cars for resale, ensuring a profitable inventory mixÂ
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics specific to the used car sales teamÂ
- Assist in creating and executing advertising campaigns and promotional events for vehiclesÂ
- Implement and maintain a CRM system to guarantee follow-up on all potential buyersÂ
- Set up delivery protocols, ensuring customers are introduced to the service department and scheduled for their initial service appointmentÂ
QualificationsÂ
- Extensive experience in Used Auto sales and sales managementÂ
- Proven ability to close deals effectivelyÂ
- Strong commitment to ethics and valuesÂ
- Exceptional leadership and communication skillsÂ
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approachÂ
- Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver’s license Â
- Must be willing and able to submit to a Background Check and Drug Screen Â
