More about the roleEnsure all sales processes and documentation meet state and federal regulations, as well as dealership policies. Analyze and report on sales performance, including metrics such as sales volume, customer satisfaction score, etc. Recruit, train, and motivate the used car sales team, setting clear performance expectations and conducting regular performance reviews.Coach and develop team members, helping them build product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service expertise.Establish a positive, goal-oriented team culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Foster a customer-focused environment, ensuring high standards of service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
