We’re looking for motivated Call Center Representatives to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls regarding outstanding accounts
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve account balances
  • Update customer records accurately in our system
  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets
