Our client is seeking an experienced UKG Ready (Ultimate Kronos) professional to join their team as a Solution Consultant / Systems Analyst. This role will focus on the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of the UKG Ready system.

This is an excellent opportunity for a UKG expert who enjoys delivering workforce management solutions and partnering with internal teams to improve HR and payroll processes.

Position Overview

The UKG Specialist will serve as the subject matter expert for UKG Ready, supporting system implementation projects, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing platform performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support full-cycle UKG Ready implementations

  • Configure and maintain UKG modules including HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions

  • Provide ongoing troubleshooting, support, and system enhancements

  • Partner with HR, payroll, and operations teams to improve workflows

  • Assist with reporting, testing, and process documentation

Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with UKG Ready / Ultimate Kronos

  • Background in HRIS, systems analysis, or workforce management implementations

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Consulting or solution-focused experience preferred
