Your mission
As a UKG Pro-focused HRIS Analyst, you’ll be the connective tissue between process, people, and platform. You will configure and steward the UKG Pro ecosystem, safeguard data accuracy, and surface the insights leaders rely on to make smart, timely decisions.
Impact you’ll make
- Administer the platform: Own UKG Pro modules; tailor workflows, rules, and security; coordinate releases and end-to-end testing with UKG and internal teams.
- Elevate data quality: Execute audits and validations; build BI reports and dashboards with UKG Pro BI and Cognos; deliver data stories that guide HR and leadership.
- Streamline processes: Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to remove friction, modernize processes, and keep SOPs living and current.
- Enable users: Support employees and HR power users; design training materials and lead sessions; resolve issues with urgency.
- Lead initiatives: Drive or support implementations, integrations, and continuous enhancements across the UKG Pro landscape.
What sets you up for success Education
- Degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred (not required).
Experience
- Good grasp of HR operations, compliance, and data management practices.
- Preferred proficiency with UKG Pro BI, Cognos, and Excel.
- Sharp analysis, clear communication, and strong problem-solving.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities independently.
Preferred extras
- 1–3 years configuring UKG Pro (UltiPro).
- Experience with UKG Pro integrations (APIs, third-party platforms).
- Familiarity with Bryte, Performance/Career, People Assist, Talk, Great Place to Work, Employee Voice, Learning, Recruiting, and Performance.
- UKG Pro certification or UKG training completion.
Where the work happens
You’ll operate within a dynamic manufacturing and distribution environment featuring moderate to high noise, temperature variability, and active material-handling equipment. Expect extended time on concrete floors and the use of PPE (safety glasses, steel-toed boots). The work is fast-paced, time- and safety‑sensitive, with shift schedules that flex to production and distribution needs.
