YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

As our Customer Service Representative - CSR, you'll ensure customers receive exceptional service by answering calls, scheduling service requests, and managing customer data in our CRM system. You'll handle outbound calls for maintenance appointments, manage lead flow, and collect outstanding balances with professionalism. Light bookkeeping, clerical tasks, and promoting service agreements will also be part of your role. With your calm demeanor, you'll navigate challenging personalities, schedule equipment replacement estimates, and help keep our HVAC and plumbing operations running seamlessly.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CSR:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with technology and software, including Microsoft Excel
  • Punctual, dependable, trustworthy, and always on time
  • Excellent at following up and seeing requests or projects through to completion
  • Coachable and curious about the plumbing and HVAC industry with a natural desire to learn new things
  • A sense of urgency, impeccable follow-through skills, great attention to detail, and highly organized
  • A calm personality and the ability to diplomatically interact with challenging customers
  • A self-starter who quickly finishes tasks

Preferred but not required:

  • Outbounding experience
  • Experience working with a plumbing, HVAC, or another trade company
  • Proficiency with ServiceTitan software
  • Competitive spirit that pursues winning with a passion
