Who you are:
As a Trust Securities Operations Specialist III with Frost, you are our support, by processing and administrating various task to ensure a seamless trust securities experience. In this role, you will use your meticulous mind-set and time management skills to create and analyze statements and reports as well as deliver and transfer securities. If working with other departments excites you, you'll have the opportunity to work with brokers, other banks, and transfer agents and doing so with our signature all-win approach in mind.
What you'll do:
  • Create and analyze statements and reports
  • May handle dividends and disbursements
  • Establish cost basis of securities
  • Determine market value of assets and accruals when necessary
  • Follow up on unsettled items with trust department, brokers, other banks, and transfer agents
  • Responsible for delivery and transfer of securities
  • Research asset data when incomplete data has been supplied
  • Maintain documentation records
  • Verifies all trades and transactions for accuracy
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of Trust Operations Experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of trust operations and securities processing
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
  • Willingness/ability to travel

Additional Preferred Skills:
  • 5+ years experience in Trust Operations/Securities Processing
