If our mission statement piques your interest, we encourage you to apply for the currently open position of Trust Administrative Assistant I to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, at our Branch located at 50 S. 200 E., Salt Lake City, UT. The Trust Administrative Assistant I works as the Administrative Assistant to the Trust Officers. Initiates and maintains account administrative records. Provides customer service and initiates actions to support Trust Officers. “Stand by” responsibility to function in Trust Operations.

Regular Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the Trust Officers to accept client instructions and questions, and respond directly to clients as needed.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Establish and maintain account files and obtain needed documents such as certified Court appointments, original Trust Agreements, Tax ID numbers for new Trusts amp; Estates, etc.
  • Prepare needed documents for distributions and track authorizations until received and filed.
  • Confirm security transactions with custodian bank and inform Trust Operations.
  • Prepare monthly input information from broker statements for posting by Trust Operations.
  • Produce correspondence to customers.
  • Real Estate – Assure receipt of Deeds, Trust Deed Notes and insurance. Track property tax payments. Review documents and prepare wires to fund new Real Estate related investments.
  • Originate transfer procedures for securities that are received from customers.
  • Process and review trade requests and confirm they were completed correctly.
  • Process incoming and outgoing checks.
  • Attendance is an essential function of the job.
  • Other duties as assigned.
