Our client, a financial services firm in Alexandria, VA, is currently seeking a Trust Operations Manager to join their wealth management team. The Trust Operations Manager will manage a team of four and will be responsible for the trust systems, processes and service delivery.

  • Manage and coordinate all activities of the Trust Operations unit
  • Manage Trust Operations staff
  • Provide trust operations support, knowledge and expertise
  • Provide oversight and supervision to the Trust Administration process
  • Manage and maintain Departmental Risk Assessment Plan
  • Ensures Departmental compliance

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 10+ years of experience in trust department operations
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Excellent knowledge of trust systems applications and word-processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
