Job description

Health by Design / Better Health Primary & Pediatric Care Center in New Mexico needs an FM or IM physician for bridge coverage while they recruit a permanent hire. Pay is $160/hr, with 1.5x OT at $240/hr. This is a true value-based care model, no fee-for-service, no RVU pressure. Schedule is strictly Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, no late clinic, no call, and no after-hours charting. A minimum 90-day commitment is required with no exceptions, but in exchange this is a genuinely low-stress, predictable schedule with full outpatient scope only. Flight, lodging, and car rental are reimbursed.
