At Cheba Hut, we're not just making killer toasted subswe're building a culture. We're looking for a Shift Leader who can motivate a team, lead by example, deliver legendary guest experiences, and keep operations running smoother than a freshly rolled blunt.

As a Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for leading the crew during your shift while ensuring every guest receives the full Cheba Hut experience.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead and motivate Homies through servant leadership
