About the Role: We are seeking experienced leaders to support a large-scale, multi-sourced technology services program for a major public-sector customer.

This effort involves close coordination with enterprise partners, integration teams, and specialized service providers across a complex, statewide IT environment. The Transition Director will hold overall accountability for the delivery of the contract transition, from contract execution through commencement of services, and through completion and acceptance of all transition deliverables. The role owns the Transition Project Plan as a critical deliverable, manages all transition phases, milestones, integration points, and dependencies, and coordinates daily with the customer, the incumbent provider, and other impacted parties to deliver a no-degradation cutover.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To: Lead day-to-day execution of all transition activities, including mobilization, solution implementation, integration with tools and systems, and stand-up of operations. Maintain a rolling six-month task- and named-resource-level view, with activity- and milestone-level forecasts for periods beyond, accurately reflecting realized performance and downstream impacts. Identify all integration points of Sawdey's solution that require existing Service Component Providers (SCPs) to make changes, notify each SCP of the required changes, build the schedule for SCP integration changes, and verify accuracy.

Train SCPs as applicable on Sawdey's services, systems, and service management processes, with particular focus on changes from the incumbent. Test the solution's configuration and the accuracy of all integration points prior to the commencement date and collaborate with SCPs to resolve any identified issues. Manage knowledge transfer from the incumbent SCP and ensure capture of operational knowledge, runbooks, configurations, and in-flight projects.

Maintain a transition risk and issue register and report on risks, issues, status, mitigations, and milestone progress. Perform other duties, as assigned. Experience Requirements: Ten (10) years' program management or project management experience.

Five (5) years' experience leading service transitions or onboarding of new providers. Demonstrated experience managing transitions that include security services, including SIEM, SOC operations, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, threat hunting, GRC, and digital forensics. Direct experience with a large U.S

state government IT program desired. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline is desired, but not required. Other Required Skills & Abilities: Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Must be able to travel an estimated 25% of the time, with up to an estimated 50% of the time during the first year. Please note, these are projections only.

Security Clearance Requirements: Background Check Please note: The required Background Check must adhere to the policies and standards established by the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Advisory Policy Board (APB). This includes, but is not limited to: Fingerprint-based criminal history check (federal and state) to verify identity and criminal records. Thorough background investigation of criminal, financial, and personal history, sometimes with reference and employer interviews.
