Job description

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager for our client. This is a remote full-time, permanent position for a company that is based in the Greater Seattle area. Our client is a rapidly growing company backed by a large multinational corporation.
The Change Manager position will manage the change required to enable the successful deployment and adoption of the new IFS ERP system and the associated changes. After the ERP system implementation the role will shift to support other projects.
You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, English or another related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in both operational and consulting roles supporting system and business process transformation change initiatives with multiple deliverables.
  • Experience managing change related to ERP system or other large enterprise system deployments.
  • Proven ability to identify and translate requirements for Change Management into clear and measurable work products.


Responsibilities:

  • Assess and validate the scope and impact of the required.
  • Develop and implement an integrated Change Management strategy and plan.
  • Identify and manage ERP project stakeholders.
  • Develop the relationships required to help drive the required change.
  • Support and coach Project Sponsors and other Change Champions within the organization
  • Travel (domestic and international) up to 30% as needed.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
