Change Manager

Vancouver, WA – Onsite

Duration: 6+ months 

Experience : 6 – 8 years

Looking for experienced Change Managers with a strong background in IT Service Management and proven expertise in establishing and driving Change Management practices within the Healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and govern the end-to-end Change Management process in alignment with ITIL best practices.

Drive Greenfield implementation of Change Management processes, governance, workflows, and controls in healthcare environments.

Facilitate and manage Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.

Review, assess, and approve change requests based on business impact, risk, and compliance requirements.

Ensure successful planning, execution, and closure of Standard, Normal, and Emergency Changes.

Monitor Change Management KPIs, compliance metrics, and reporting requirements.

Collaborate with business, infrastructure, application, security, and operations teams to minimize service disruption.

Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continual service improvement initiatives.

Support audit, regulatory, and compliance requirements within healthcare organizations.

Required Skills & Experience

6–8 years of overall IT experience with significant exposure to IT Service Management (ITSM).

Hands-on experience in Change Management within enterprise environments.

Proven experience in Greenfield implementation of Change Management processes in the Healthcare industry.

Strong understanding of:

Change Management

Configuration Management (CMDB)

Major Incident Management (MIM)

Incident Management (IM)

Problem Management

Experience working with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar tools.

Strong stakeholder management, governance, communication, and reporting skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

Mandatory Certification

✅ ITIL 4 Foundation Certified OR

✅ ITIL V3 Foundation Certified
