Job description

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing projects in the painting, construction, or property maintenance fields. The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day job site operations, coordinate with crews and clients, and ensure each project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

This position requires a balance of leadership, communication, and organization skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Oversight

    • Plan, coordinate, and oversee painting or construction projects from start to finish.

    • Manage on-site crews, subcontractors, and daily schedules to ensure efficient execution.

    • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

  • Client Relations

    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Provide timely updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction at every stage.

    • Support post-project follow-ups and gather client feedback.

  • Scheduling & Coordination

    • Create and manage project schedules, ensuring clear communication between teams.

    • Coordinate material deliveries, site access, and labor assignments.

    • Troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize delays or disruptions.

  • Budget & Documentation

    • Track project costs, hours, and materials to maintain budget accuracy.

    • Maintain organized records, including job details, photos, and invoices.

    • Support management in generating reports and evaluating project performance.

  • Team Collaboration & Sales Support

    • Work closely with sales and operations to transition projects from proposal to production.

    • Identify opportunities for upselling or additional services to existing clients.

    • Contribute insights to improve workflows, communication, and customer experience.
