Job Description:
  • Lead IT program execution for M&A integrations across assigned business domains, which may include Go-To-Market, Customer Support/Success, Infrastructure, Data, AI, Finance, HR, or Legal.
  • Own integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks for assigned M&A workstreams, spanning pre-close readiness, execution, and post-close integration.
  • Drive integration readiness within assigned domains, ensuring system access, data availability, reporting continuity, and business-critical workflows are operational.
  • Translate integration strategy and business requirements into executable IT scope, sequencing, and delivery plans for assigned domains.
  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across IT, business teams, and vendors to ensure smooth execution on aggressive timelines.
  • Ensure business continuity while supporting system migrations, data integrations, platform consolidation, and target-state transitions.
  • Provide clear, execution-focused status reporting, risk visibility, and escalation for assigned workstreams.
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for issue resolution and delivery outcomes within assigned domains.
