Job description

The Program Manager serves as a strategic driver of enterprise-wide transformation.  They are responsible for leading high-impact initiatives that span all lines of business. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that programs and projects align with corporate strategy, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiencies, while fostering innovation and change management. This position will initially focus their efforts on projects and initiatives specifically related to the Epic Implementation Program.

PIH Health is a nonprofit, regional healthcare network that serves approximately 3 million residents in the Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Gabriel Valley region. Required Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • Experience in an IT program or project management role with 4 or more years of experience in a lead capacity and oversight of large budgets, vendors management, and meeting deadlines.
  •          Must be able to manage large scale programs and projects across the full project lifecycle.
  •          Previous experience with business transformations and transitions.
  •          Proven experience mentoring Project Managers.
  •          Experience working in a large healthcare organization and ability to work across diverse organizations and build effective relationships. Preferred certification in PMP or similar.

  • Master's Degree
