Position Description
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the startup phase of our Airedale by Modine Global Manufacturing Training Excellence Project. This isn't about scheduling classes; it's about building a scalable infrastructure for technical excellence. You will oversee the development, localization, and deployment of training centres and Hubs across our global footprint, ensuring our teams and partners are equipped with the latest training management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Roadmap: Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables for the global training startup phase.
  • Stakeholder Synergy: Act as the primary bridge between HR, Health & Safety and regional leadership to ensure training content aligns with business goals.
  • LMS Deployment: Oversee the integration and training of New Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support global access.
  • Resource Management: Manage budgets, external vendors, and internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to keep content production on track.
  • Global Standardization: Ensure training materials are culturally relevant and localized while maintaining the core Airedale/Modine brand standards.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential bottlenecks in the rollout (e.g., time zone gaps, translation delays) and implement proactive solutions.

Required Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Education Technology
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in a technical, manufacturing, or HVAC environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with PM software (Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project) and familiarity with LMS/ LXP platforms.
  • The "Global" Mindset: Proven ability to work across different time zones and cultures without breaking a sweat.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills-you can explain a Blended learning concept to a layperson.
