Job Title: Automotive Sales Professional
Location: Janssen Ford of York – York, Nebraska

As part of the Janssen Auto Group, we’ve built our reputation on honesty, integrity, and going above and beyond for our customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Automotive Sales Professional to join our team.

Position Summary:
The Automotive Sales Professional is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and care. This role focuses on building lasting relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a smooth, transparent buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with customers in the showroom, lot, or online.

  • Listen to and understand customer needs to recommend appropriate new and pre-owned vehicles.

  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

  • Present financing, leasing, and warranty options clearly and professionally.

  • Maintain knowledge of Ford products, features, and industry trends.

  • Follow up with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat/referral business.

  • Work closely with the sales and management team to meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals.

  • Ensure compliance with all dealership processes and Ford Motor Company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred; automotive sales experience a plus.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
