Job Description

Our Business Development Managers have the ability to single-handedly provide growth to our client's organizations. You will consistently and systematically administer a business development approach that focuses on the hunting aspect of sales. You will be using digital outreach, phone calls and specialized approaches to connect with target audiences.

Simply put - you will be making a difference for your clients.

  • Well you will be working closely with fellow team members to implement and manage ongoing business development campaigns for our clients.
  • You will be part of an environment dedicated to improving both the business development process and improving the skills of every Business Development Manager. This includes both individual and group training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • You will work as part of a team that proactively contacts leads through a routine-based, disciplined methodology. You will work in blocks of time, with each block being defined with specific lead generation activities that range from digital outreach to phone calls.
  • Your skills will rapidly grow - preparing you to be high performing sales/marketing professional.

  • Starting compensation is based on a full-time salary of $32,500, plus performance based bonuses.
  • Note: Full-Time Positions have approximately 4 weeks of paid time off each year.
