We are looking for a TRAINING DEVELOPER, instructional designer, or applications engineer to join our team to produce high-quality training content for the complete Production Board Test portfolio of products. You will work closely with developers, engineers, product managers, field engineers, operators, and marketing to understand the product needs and translate those into user-friendly training content using the latest AI enabled tools.
  • Plan, write, edit, and technical training content for various Product Board Test (PBT) products and platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate information, identify user requirements, and ensure accuracy and consistency of content
  • Apply best practices and learning standards for technical training, such as style, tone, format, and terminology
  • Use appropriate tools and technologies to create, manage, and publish training content in both SCORM and .MD formats to support LMS and MCP systems
  • Review and update existing content to reflect changes, enhancements, and feedback
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and user testing to ensure usability and functionality of the training materials
  • Research and stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and best practices in the industry

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $97,800-$156,400. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan:
This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
