We are seeking an experienced Trainer/Engineer Technician to join our team in Natick, MA, supporting the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command - Soldier Center (DEVCOMSC). This role offers an opportunity to apply your technical expertise and training experience to directly support the sustainment and readiness of critical Army shelter systems.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Technical Guidance - Provide expert technical support to government teams throughout fielding, training, and lifecycle sustainment of military shelters and associated support systems.

  • Lead Training - Serve as Lead Trainer for LMERWS and DDF OPS systems, delivering instruction to diverse audiences and ensuring standardized procedures.

  • Process Improvement - Develop and implement new methods to enhance quality, efficiency, and operational readiness.

  • Warehouse Operations - Manage warehouse activities including material handling, inventory control, and equipment movement using multiple forklift platforms.

  • Property Accountability - Maintain accountability for team assets, manage turnin actions, and coordinate documentation with appropriate offices.

  • CrossTeam Coordination - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with mission requirements and organizational goals.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience. Additional experience, training, and/or certifications may substitute degree requirement.

  • US Citizen; Successful completion of background check to obtain/maintain a government common access card (CAC) upon hire.

  • 10+ years of experience working with military programs

  • Experience supporting fielding and operational testing of shelter systems.

  • Background in logistics and property accountability.

  • Strong ability to plan, organize, and execute complex tasks.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5K and 36K Forklift Operator Licenses

  • Anti-Terrorism Training

  • Operations Security (OPSEC)
