At Lendbuzz, we believe in doing the right thing—for our customers, our team, and our future. We’re defined by diversity, we connect with kindness, we enjoy the ride, and we know that creating means collaborating. As we continue to expand our footprint, we’re looking for an organized, high-energy Sales Training & Development Coordinator to keep our training operations running smoothly and support our field sales team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and loves supporting the growth of sales professionals. If you are a detail-oriented coordinator who enjoys managing logistics, keeping pristine data records, and helping build structured onboarding experiences, this is your opportunity to make a massive impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Training Logistics & Scheduling: Manage the end-to-end scheduling and logistics for sales onboarding, continuous learning tracks, and team-wide training events.

  • Maintain Records & Track Progress: Keep meticulous records of trainee progress, completion files, and performance metrics. Monitor the learning management system (LMS) to ensure all training compliance is up to date.

  • Champion Data Hygiene: Act as the gatekeeper for sales data integrity. Monitor and audit team entries in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring the field sales team maintains accurate and consistent data hygiene.

  • Support Content & Materials Management: Keep training materials, playbooks, manuals, and e-learning modules organized. Make rapid, timely updates to content to ensure the sales team is always aligned with real-time product releases and market changes.

  • Assist in Training Delivery: Support the facilitation of onboarding sessions, helping equip our field sales team with deep product knowledge, dealership relationship strategies, and competitive positioning tactics.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Credit/Underwriting, and HR to coordinate training calendars and ensure alignment with real-time risk parameters and regional business goals.

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of Coordination Experience: Proven experience in a coordinator, operations, or administrative role—ideally within sales enablement, human resources, or corporate training environments.

  • Automotive Finance Exposure: Experience or familiarity within automotive lending, sub-prime finance, or dealership operations is a strong plus.

  • Detail-Oriented & Data-Driven: High comfort level with data hygiene and record-keeping. Experience working with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and instructional technology/LMS platforms is highly preferred.

  • Organizational Master: Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple calendars, track attendee metrics, and keep digital assets organized.

  • Strong Communicator & Collaborator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface professionally with cross-functional teams and new hires.

  • Adaptable & Self-Motivated: High emotional intelligence with the ability to thrive in a rapid-scale environment where agility, proactive problem-solving, and a team-first attitude are the norms.

Bonus: 10K performance based
